HAPPY VALENTINE DAY
A day when love is magnified, I don’t get it…Love should be shown the whole year long. What makes this day so special?
I remember, when I was younger, I was crushed when my significant other forgot or neglected to bring me posies or chocolates, perhaps even diamonds. I felt that he did not take the initiative, on this, a special LOVE day, to show me how much I meant to him..Then, when the next day came and the momentum had passed, all went back to the usual and I realized that I would prefer this “love” be evident the whole year long, not just on this “special” day… why do I have to wait for decadent chocolate, or pretty flowers till February 14Th. OK, so he forgot or neglected me on Valentine’s day..I can live with that; BUT, if he neglects me the rest of the year…Well, his head will roll! There will be no mercy on my part…
So ladies, keep a stiff upper lip if you were neglected on this Valentine’s day, but if he gets slack through out the rest of the year…MAKE HIS LIFE MISERABLE…
